At SuccessMatrix Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our digital subscription services, including lifetime access to online courses and the affiliate program. This Refund Policy outlines our refund procedures in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and Direct Selling Rules, 2021 in India. All sales are final unless specified below, as our products are digital and non-returnable once accessed. Refunds are processed at our discretion and subject to verification.

1. Eligibility for Refund
- Full Refund Window: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase for the Subscription if:
- No course content has been accessed or viewed (e.g., no videos played in Tutor LMS).
- The purchase was made in error (e.g., duplicate order).
- Partial or No Refunds:
- Once any course video or material is accessed, downloaded, or viewed, no refunds are available (digital goods are non-returnable per Indian e-commerce laws).
- Affiliate commissions earned (tokens or payouts) are non-refundable, even if the Subscription is refunded.
- No refunds for failed payments, chargebacks, or disputes without evidence.
- Subscriptions are lifetime but non-transferable; upgrades/downgrades are not eligible.
2. Refund Process
- Submit Request: Email support@successmatrix.online with:
- Order number (from WooCommerce confirmation).
- Reason for refund.
- Proof of non-access (e.g., screenshot of Tutor LMS dashboard showing no progress).
- Review: We verify within 3–5 business days (e.g., check logs for video views).
- Processing: Approved refunds issued to original payment method (Razorpay/Stripe) within 7–10 business days. Bank delays may add 3–5 days.
- Cancellation: Refunds cancel access immediately (Tutor LMS enrollment revoked; UAP affiliate status deactivated).
3. Exclusions and Limitations
- Digital Nature: As courses are pre-recorded videos delivered instantly, we cannot “return” them like physical goods. Partial refunds for unused content are not offered.
- Affiliate Program: Earnings from referrals (e.g., 40% direct commissions) are forfeited on refund. Pending payouts are held until resolution.
- Taxes and Fees: Refunds exclude GST (18%) and processing fees (2–3% via Razorpay). TDS on commissions (if applicable) is non-refundable.
- Disputes: If unsatisfied, we encourage support tickets first. Unresolved issues go to consumer forums (e.g., under Consumer Protection Rules). No liability for indirect damages.
4. International Purchases
Refunds follow the same policy, but currency conversion fees may apply. International users agree to Indian jurisdiction.
