1. Services Overview We provide pre-recorded online courses (3–4 courses, each with 3–4 video parts) on digital marketing, content creation, and MLM strategies via Tutor LMS. Access is granted through a one-time lifetime subscription of ₹1,199 (“Subscription”). Upon purchase you can become an affiliate in our program . Currently Services are digital only—no physical products.

2. Subscription and Payments

• Purchase: Subscriptions are non-refundable after access (7-day cooling-off for review; contact support). Price: ₹1,199 (inclusive of GST; subject to change with notice).
• Access: Post-payment, auto-enrollment in Tutor LMS for video streaming (no downloads). Lifetime means ongoing, but we may update/remove courses with 30 days’ notice.
• Payments: Processed via Razorpay/Stripe/phonepay (secure; we don’t store card details). Failed payments cancel access.
• Taxes: GST (18%) auto-added; TDS (5%) on commissions >₹20,000/year per Section 194H.

3. Affiliate Program (MLM Commissions) Our program is a legal direct selling model compliant with Direct Selling Rules, 2021—70%+ revenue from course sales, not recruitment. Affiliates earn commissions on downline purchases (unilevel structure, unlimited branches):

• Level 1 (Direct): 20% of ₹1000(₹200 tokens).
• Level 2: 10% (₹100 tokens).
• Level 3: 30% (₹300 tokens).
• Level 4: 10% (₹100 tokens). Tokens credit to wallet instantly on sales; withdraw via requests . KYC (PAN, Aadhaar, bank proof) required for payouts (RBI/PMLA compliance).

Eligibility: Auto-activate on Subscription purchase (pending until buy). No upfront fees; focus on sales. Earnings vary by effort—no guarantees (FTC/Direct Selling Guidelines compliant). Results depend on recruitment/sales; average affiliate earns ₹5,000–20,000/month. See full plan in dashboard.

Prohibited: Spamming referrals, false claims (e.g., “guaranteed ₹1 lakh”), pyramid-like promotion. Violations lead to deactivation (no refund).

4. Legality and Compliance

• Direct Selling: We operate as a registered direct selling entity under Consumer Protection Rules, 2021—product-focused (courses as genuine digital goods). No money circulation schemes banned under 1978 Act.
• Affiliate Disclosures: Commissions from downline sales only; disclose “I earn from referrals” in promotions (FTC-like).
• KYC/Payouts: Mandatory for withdrawals (stored securely 7 years); non-compliance blocks funds.
• Disputes: Governed by Indian law; arbitrate in [Hyderabad/Telangana] courts.

5. User Responsibilities

• Account: One login (Woo/UAP/Tutor unified)—keep secure; report breaches. Inactive 6 months = deactivation.
• Content: Don’t download/share videos (copyright protected); violations = access revocation.
• Age: 18+ only; parental consent for minors.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Subscriptions: 7-day money-back if no access used (contact support@successmatrix.online with order #). No refunds post-viewing.
• Affiliates: Deactivation forfeits pending commissions (prorated payout).

7. Liability Limitations We provide services “as is”—no warranties on earnings or course outcomes. Liability capped at subscription price. Force majeure (e.g., outages) excuses delays.

8. Termination We may suspend/terminate for violations (notice given). You can cancel anytime (email support).
